Double Dip of Comedy Movie Trailers

These are two very funny looking trailers. The comedy in these movies is very different though, so you may only enjoy one of the two humor types, but that’s ok.

The first is Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story, starring John C. Reilly, Jenna Fischer, Tim Meadows and Kristen Wiig. This looks like the same type of humor as Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby or Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy, they come from the same school of humor that starts with a super long title broken up at the beginning with a colon. I tried watching the HD trailer over at Yahoo trailers, but it didn’t really work, so either go watch the SD trailer at Apple trailers or just watch it here

The second movie is completely different, it comes from the director of Thank You for Smokin, Jason Reitman. This movie has a much more indy, small budget feel to it from the trailer and it was just recently featured at the Toronto Film Festival. The film stars Ellen Page, Michael Cera, Jennifer Garner, Jason Bateman, J.K. Simmons, Allison Janney and Rainn Wilson. The ensemble of actors who mainly are known for smaller roles really looks like they come together to create a great cast for what looks to be a very quirky movie. Since this is a small movie, I can’t provide an HD trailer, but I need to thank the iwatchstuff crew for informing me of this movie’s existence before anyone else here and providing a trailer to watch, but if you want, you can just watch it here
